Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and Ankor Business Solutions ("we") for SocialMint AI. By buying or using SocialMint AI you agree to them.
1. What you are buying
A licence to use the SocialMint AI web app with the features of the plan or plans you bought, as listed on the sales page and in the app under Settings, Your plan. You pay once for each plan. There is no monthly fee from us.
2. Your AI account
SocialMint AI works with your own account at an AI company such as OpenAI, Google or Anthropic. You are responsible for that account, its terms and what it costs. You can set a spending limit on their site.
3. What each licence lets you do
- Front end, Pro and Pro Lite: use the app for your own business or businesses, including posts you publish for them.
- Agency and Agency Lite: also make content for clients and charge them for it, within your number of client workspaces. This does not let you resell or share the app itself.
- Reseller: sell front-end licences to your own customers on the terms in your Reseller kit.
- Content Packs: use and change the posts in your own and your clients' posts. You may not sell or give away the packs themselves.
Your sign-in is for you (and, on Agency plans, the people in your business). Do not share it publicly or sell it.
4. Your content
What you make with SocialMint AI is yours. Read and check every post before you publish it. AI can get facts wrong. You are responsible for what you publish and for following each social platform's rules.
5. Fair use
Do not use SocialMint AI to make anything illegal, hateful, misleading or that breaks someone else's rights, and do not try to break, copy or overload the app. We may stop access for anyone who does, after telling them why.
6. Updates and changes
We fix problems and may improve SocialMint AI over time. We will not take away a main feature of a plan you bought without giving you a fair replacement or a refund of that plan.
7. Refunds
See the refund policy: 30 days.
8. Limits
We provide SocialMint AI with care, but we cannot promise it will never have a problem or that it suits every purpose. As far as the law allows, the most we are responsible for is what you paid us for SocialMint AI. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of South Africa. [CHECK WITH A LAWYER BEFORE LAUNCH: consumer law of the buyer's country may also apply.]
